c) Date and Time

  • Automatically captured from the device to timestamp photographs and reports.

d) Voice Assistance (Text-to-Speech)

  • The App uses Android’s built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) service.

  • No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.

  • Microphone access is not used for recording.

e) Storage Access

  • Used to save:

    • Captured photographs

    • Generated PDF and Word reports

  • All files remain on the user’s device.

3. Advertising (AdMob)

  • The App displays ads using Google AdMob.

  • Ads are shown only on the final report generation screen.

  • Google AdMob may collect:

    • Device identifiers

    • Advertising IDs

    • Approximate location (as per Google’s policies)

4. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

  • No user accounts are created.

  • No names, emails, phone numbers, or personal identifiers are collected.
